Suburban fox

This morning while taking some arty photos of the trees behind the garden against the dawn, I was surprised by quite a large fox trotting through my garden from the front to the back. I think he was probably checking my bird feeding station (bread/ seeds/ dried fruit and stuff on the lawn) for an early morning snack. He was quite close to me, however I failed to immortalise him on film as I was set for landscape and a bit slow.

  1. Ooh, lucky you!

My household feeds the birds too. I feel sorry for them in this cold weather, because the ground is frozen too hard for them to get insects. A world without birds wouldn't be worth living in.
